Steps to File Your Insurance Claim
1. Report the Incident: As soon as an incident occurs, contact Adatum Insurance to report it. We recommend to connect with us through the AI chatbot. You can also file a claim online or by calling our 24/7 claims hotline at 999-888-7777.
2. Provide Necessary Documentation: Gather all relevant documents such as the police report, photos of the damage, and any other details related to the incident. This information helps us assess your claim quickly.
3. Inspection and Review: After submitting your claim, a claims adjuster will review the information and may schedule an inspection to assess the damage. The adjuster will work with you to determine the cause and extent of the loss.
4. Claim Decision: Once all the details are reviewed and verified, Adatum Insurance will decide whether the claim is approved or denied based on the policy coverage.

When Do I Get Paid?
Once your claim is approved, the payment process begins. Here's what to expect:
1- Claim Approval Notification: You will receive an official notification via email or postal mail confirming that your claim has been approved.
2- Payment Timeline: Payment is usually processed within 7-10 business days after the approval notification, depending on the complexity of the claim and the payment method you select.
3- Direct Deposit: If you opt for direct deposit, your payment is transferred directly into your bank account, often the fastest option.
4- Check by Mail: If you prefer to receive a check, it may take a few extra days depending on postal delivery times.   

If there are any repairs involved, we may also coordinate payment directly to the repair shop to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
